Team Minnesota’s leadership grew up playing lacrosse, played in college (Harvard, Denison, St. Thomas and UMD), have coached NCAA D1 to HS varsity to youth, and are committed to growing the sport in Minnesota. They bring a unique perspective as successful business leaders outside of lacrosse, and as parents of lacrosse players.

- Rob Graff
Rob is originally from Setauket, NY and began playing lacrosse in 1977. He graduated from Ward Melville High School in 1983 as an All-Suffolk County Defenseman. He matriculated at Harvard, where he was a 4-year starter and letter winner, graduating in 1987. As a senior, he was awarded the Herman Hammerman award for the Unsung Hero of the 1987 team. Law school took him to Philadelphia, where he was NCAA Division 1 Drexel University's Assistant Coach - Defense from 1988-1990, while also playing for the Eagle's Eye team.
Rob took a job in Minneapolis in 1990, and began working with the University of Minnesota-Duluth men's lacrosse program in 1992. He retired from UMD in 2010, after leading the program to 13 Upper Midwest Lacrosse League championships, and 9 berths to the MCLA National championship tournament. In 2006, Rob became coaching coordinator of the Bloomington Youth Lacrosse Association, in addition to coaching his son's youth team. His youth teams won 3 state championships (out of a possible 4) at the youth level. Rob is an original co-founder of Team Minnesota. He and his wife reside in Bloomington with their 4 children.

- Chris Larson
Chris began playing lacrosse in 1985 by founding the third team in Minnesota at The College of St Thomas. Chris was selected to the St Thomas Lacrosse Ring of Honor in 2010. Following college, he competed with the Twin Cities/Pete’s Wicked Ale Lacrosse Club and began coaching at the University of Minnesota. In 12 years at the UofM, Chris’ teams won 2 Upper Midwest Lacrosse League titles and qualified for the MCLA National Championship Tournament. He coached numerous All Conference and MCLA All America awardees and over 100 wins with the Gophers prior to his retirement in 2005.
In addition to his Team Minnesota General Manager duties, Chris is also a High School & Collegiate Lacrosse Official, Lacrosse Officials Trainer & Clinician, as well as Coaching Coordinator & U11 coach in the St. Paul Youth Lacrosse Association. Chris is an original co-founder of Team Minnesota. He and his wife live in St Paul with their 3 sons, 2 cats and a dog.

- Frank Clark
Frank grew up in Philadelphia, PA and played attack at the renowned Malvern Preparatory School before continuing his career at nationally-ranked Denison University. He also played in the Philadelphia Box Lacrosse League, and Mid-Atlantic Box Lacrosse League, representing the U.S. while touring Eastern Europe in 2002. He also returned to Malvern Prep as an Assistant Coach.
In Minnesota, Frank played for the MN NorthStars and Minneapolis Lakers (TCLC) Men’s Teams and coached at Benilde St. Margaret's High School (2003- 2006) and University of Minnesota-Duluth (Assistant Coach, 2003-2011; Head Coach, 2011-2012), where he led the program to 13 Upper Midwest Lacrosse Conference championships, and 10 berths to the MCLA National championship tournament.
Frank is the Founder and was the Director of the UMD Lacrosse Camp for six years. He is a current board member of HEADstrong Lacrosse MN as well as the MSHSL Coaches Association. He is currently the Head Lacrosse Coach at St. Thomas Academy. He lives in Mendota Heights with his wife and three children.
Chris grew up in Prior Lake, MN where he played lacrosse in high school before continuing his lacrosse career at the University of Minnesota - Duluth (class of 1997). His coaching experience began at Minnetonka High School as the JV lacrosse coach (2008-9), then back to Prior Lake (2010-2108), where he led the team to two state championships in three years. He has been coaching with Team Minnesota and the Team Minnesota Development Academy since 2010.
He has served on the Board of the Minnesota Lacrosse Coaches Association, the Prior Lake Youth Association and three times All UMLC.
