Welcome to EMPIRE 70, the #1 lacrosse development program in Minnesota. 

EMPIRE 70 provides players  skills training to boost their individual development via critically cultivated curriculum and by challenging and mentoring each athlete by experienced,  accomplished, knowledgeable, and passionate staff.

The Coach -Player ratio is 1 to 5  with some of the best players/coaches in Minnesota.

We only allow 35 players at the youth level and 35 players at the high school  level.

(35 + 35 = Empire 70)

Each group of 35 will be broken down into 20 Short Sticks, 10 Long Sticks, 5 goalies for each cohort.

For summer of 2026 youth grad years are 35/34/33/32 and high school grad years are 28/29/30/31.

There are two ways to participate in our EMPIRE 70 program. Players can either earn a spot through a direct invite based on their demonstrated skill, IQ, and character, or they can apply for an open spot. If you choose to apply, we will review your application and follow up with additional details about the next steps if needed.

3 times per week (M/W/Th) from June 15 through July 20.
