Team Minnesota is committed to providing an unmatched learning experience for student athletes and families, as well as the continued regional expansion of the game of lacrosse.
Team Minnesota is focused on improving a player's decision-making and fundamentals via positive coaching and playing top competition. As that player continues to improve, Team Minnesota provides a vehicle for that player to explore their college options and, as requested, advice on how and where to pursue their college ambitions.
The ultimate purpose of Team Minnesota and the Team Minnesota Development Academy is to utilize a long-term, player-centered developmental structure, which is based on a coaching curriculum that accelerates the participant’s development as a difference-making lacrosse player. Each player is important to us, and thus we pride ourselves on our individual coach-player interaction and player/participant ratio.
The Team MN Staff believes that a Player-Centered Approach coupled with the technical elements is what separates our players and their development process.
