It is with the greatest sadness that we must let you know of Max Evensen’s sudden passing. Max passed away peacefully on December 13 at his college residence. Max was a wonderful young man, full of life and energy. His passing diminishes us all, and we mourn his death deeply as his coaches and teammates. He was enrolled at Bentley University where he was a mainstay on their men’s lacrosse team at defense and studying finance. Max was a 2016 graduate from Stillwater HS where he was a multiple sport athlete, and played with the Team MN program for many years. Max is survived by his parents, Dale and Kerry Evensen, as well as his older sister, Sydney (23) and Blake (18). Max is being brought home from Boston on Tuesday. Visitation and funeral arrangements have not yet been announced. Please keep Kerry, Dale, Sydney, Blake and the rest of the family in your hearts, thoughts and prayers.
